The Trion 2 makes the second instalment of Trion @ KL with a focus on developing a residential hotspot at the ‘Southern Gateway’ of Kuala Lumpur in Sungai Besi.

Located within the industrial district of Chan Sow Lin and close to Bandar Malaysia, Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) and Maluri township, attention is given to the ideals of the amenities provided. Sandwiched between two 44 and 45-storey towers on the podium’s eight floor is a curated sanctuary, offering serene moments from the external hustle-and-bustle of the city. The double-height space here features Eco-deck, an elevated canopic walkthrough amongst protruding trees and foliages, with floating pavilions along the way. The Eco-deck is a vital instrument to provide serenity, and yet catalysing the varying activities happening below. Other unconventional features include rock climbing area, an amphitheatre and a designated kick-boxing room. However, the various functions in Trion 2 are not strictly defined by its levels. A cafeteria and a creche is located at the second floor for a sense of engagement with the street below, while some units of the tallest tower are available from the fifth floor.

Although urban living is often informed by its context, Trion 2 shifts its constraints as opportunities to model a living condition which celebrates self-contentment, nature, and joy.
