Striking a balance of compact high-rise and low-rise dwellings was the design intent for Cristal Serin Residence in Cyberjaya. Spanning across 11.51 acres, the combination of these residential typologies successfully achieves the required density and project’s feasibility. Its site planning was deliberated to provide a proportionately sized green and public areas, whilst ensuring exclusive views and privacies for the individual units. The development comprises two high-rise apartments (vertical living), each with a separated carpark block, and three rows of three-storey villas (horizontal living). The latter comes in two types, with both focusing on the living, dining and kitchen to face their private gardens and the landscaping beyond. The project is a discourse on co-existing vertical and horizontal living within a residential oasis.
