This natural setting has inspired the creation of ‘Central Park’, an urban valley that concurrently informs the interlocking components of the development within its irregularly shaped site. At 44, 49 and 53 storeys high, all three towers are oriented to face the hills and the Kuala Lumpur skyline beyond. They are interlocked with an eight-storey podium below to accommodate a number of units throughout the podium levels. This design arrangement is in tandem with the location of the park running along its eastern boundary, and that has also resulted on the decentralisation of facilities. A jacuzzi cove, 50-meter lap pool and their collateral functions are placed by the entrance at ground level, with a jogging trail extending through to the other end of the park complete with a garden lounge, orchard forest and a spice garden. Facilities along the park at first floor includes a mixed martial arts (MMA) gymnasium, a squash court and an aerobic studio, with a canopy walk that is elevated above the garden lounge and orchard forest.
